Cameron Allen

CEO, Managing Director

Corporate & International Tax, Global Mobility Tax

Cameron is the CEO of A&A. He was a senior partner at a global accounting firm before establishing A&A in June 2010. He is highly regarded by clients for his ability to provide high level, innovative and practical tax advice on complex, and often demanding, transactions.
Cameron specialises in corporate and international tax, where he assists clients to achieve the best possible tax outcomes from mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructures. He also works with clients on global mobility tax solutions.
He serves both Australian listed public companies and foreign owned multi-nationals through to privately owned businesses.

Cameron is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Melbourne Law School.
Cameron also sits on a number of boards.

Benedicte Olrik

Managing Director

Transfer Pricing

Benedicte Olrik is the Managing Director of Transfer Pricing at A&A. She has a renowned ability to deliver unique client outcomes in Transfer Pricing scenarios; a result of her significant expertise in economic theory and her ability to practically apply this knowledge to a client’s individual circumstances.

She believes passionately in delivering optimal client value, building simple yet sophisticated solutions to minimise risk. Benedicte is committed to ensuring technically complex information is delivered in an easy to understand manner. Her Transfer Pricing experience spans globally recognised brands and a myriad of industries.

Benedicte has more than 14 years of experience from working for Ernst & Young, Duff & Phelps & KPMG. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and studied at a Ph.D. level in economics at New York University.

Her strategic and rounded business approach is informed by the experience she gained operating her own companies in the retail and fashion industries.

Sharan Samra is an experienced marketer, brand evangelist and seasoned communications professional with over 18 years’ experience across financial and professional services.

She is responsible for ensuring A&A stay true to their client promise and adequately represent this through various marketing channels and touchpoints.

Her role encompasses all elements of the marketing, communications and business development landscape. She has experience across strategy, branding, content, digital marketing, client satisfaction metrics, sponsorship and events.

Natasha Jurista

Director

Global Mobility Tax

Natasha has more than 15 years of experience in global mobility tax services. She joined A&A Tax Legal Consulting in 2013 and is leading a dedicated team of Global Mobility Tax professionals in Australia. Prior to A&A Tax Legal Consulting, Natasha worked in the international tax services and global mobility tax practice with PwC and Ernst & Young.

Natasha has a strong background in the Australian taxation of expatriates and addressing global mobility tax issues for multinational companies. She provides global mobility tax consulting and compliance services across a range of multinational clients and matters in managing complex tax, planning, operational, and strategic aspects of deploying international global mobility employees in and out of Australia.

She advises employers on expatriate tax compliance issues such as the Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA), Fringe Benefits Tax, Employee Share Schemes (ESS) and Payroll Tax linked to international global mobility employees, as well as advising on the personal tax issues of international assignees.

Natasha is known for her ‘hands on’ approach and her ability to provide an integrated global mobility tax services to clients.

Martin Schlegel

Principal

Consulting

Martin works within the A&A consulting practice with a focus on innovation and commercialisation.


With more than 20 years experience in the sports and recreation, construction and plastics specialty chemicals industry, Martin spends his time on novel concepts that will stretch the boundaries of current thinking and practice.

Martin engages internationally with start-up organisations, small-to-medium enterprises (SME) and subsidiaries of multinational corporations (MNC) to identify growth opportunities, develop business model strategy, and commercialise R&D in global markets through open innovation, collaboration and an education-based marketing approach.


Martin serves on a number of boards and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
